Okay, so you are supposed to post this at the beginning of the week but since I am not so good about eating what we planned, it is Tuesday.
Saturday we went to El Toro Market and got 2.5 pounds of carnitas. Yummy. Sunday we had pasta. Monday leftover carnitas (still a little bit left). Tonight leftover pasta. Tomorrow Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party. Thursday BLT's. Friday, not sure. As I said! Actually having left-overs is something new for us. We are going to do it though because not only is it a money saver, food doesn't go to waste. Well, not that anything goes to waste here but it isn't used up on Krystal's lunches. She can eat a sandwich like all the other kids.

Let's see. Sunday we had pizza with the inlaws, last night was sandwiches and fruit and chips. Tonight is ribs, tater salad, corn and zucchini bread. Tomorrow is left overs from tonight. No idea for Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I work all of those days, so it'll likely be a mix of quesidillas, sandwiches, breakfast food, and soup for Tom and the kids. I'll eat left overs at work, or take micromeals....
you know I am all about the menus!! Not as a daily this is what we eat but a weekly grocery guide and plan for meals. This week we are having white chili, stuffed shrimp, burritos, Swedish meatballs, chicken. Either. The kids, marty or I eat the leftovers for lunch.
