I had to go the The Home Depot and decided to take Diego with me. When we walked in, a worker told me they have a kids workshop on the first Saturday of every month. We went to check it out. Not only is it free, he was given a apron that he gets to keep and a pin to put on it (you get one for each task). This months item was a treasure/jewerly box. We had to put the velvet on, glue it and put the stickers on the side and the heart on the top.He had such a good time. He carried that thing around the whole store, two hands, making sure it made it home safely. We will be visiting again next month.

Lowe's also has one every month. My kids love going to those and have made some great things.
