Last night Eric and I watched Top Chief for the first time. I have decided that I am going to attempt to make homemade pasta. I mean, if it isn't that hard, why not. We eat lots of pasta and I have read it taste SO much better if you make it yourself. I will be sure to post pictures when I actually try it. I am looking forward to it!
(Eric, if it doesn't taste good, we can always order pizza!)

Way back in the day I had a pasta maker. It broke years ago. Now, the only pasta I make homemade is noodles for chicken noodle soup! YUM!
